20+ Year Old Hybrid - Reline and Tooth Replacement

The before and after of an interesting case we recently delivered can be seen in these photos. As you can see, the teeth and the acrylic over the bar had sheared and eroded over time. The patient had also lost the middle anterior implant.

The framework still had an excellent fit, but desperately needed to be relined and have the teeth replaced. After cleaning up the bar and completing the reline, this hybrid arch and our patient’s smile were as good as new.

This arch is on Nobel implants with a gold bar and screws. It’s not every day that you see a gold bar! We also used Kulzer Mondial teeth. We think this case looks great after the restoration was completed.
