Steps to Zirconia final prosthesis. Beginning with a wax up for try-in and approval, scan of the wax up and design in 3Shape, the arch after being milled and sintered, and finally the final with anaxdent tissue layered onto the prosthesis.

Design of 3D printed upper and lower dentures within 3Shape. The design for these dentures was produced in-house for one of our dentists that will print these on their own Kulzer caraPrint 4.0. We maintain a digital workflow for sharing scans and design files using the iTero portal, Sirona’s inLab portal, the 3Shape portal and the Medit portal. We also accept .zip files via email.

We carry samples of each of our hybrid denture solutions for visits with prospective dentists and make them for our dentists to share with their patients. These are great for highlighting the benefits of each type of restoration that we offer. The samples also provide a tangible representation of the patient's options enabling the dentist and the patient to make the most informed decision about the best way to proceed through the treatment program.
