3D Printed Single Unit Surgical Guides

This was a fun case and another example of what we’re able to do with our Cara Print 4.0 from Kulzer. This was a single unit surgical guide for #30. One of our dentists sent us the CT scan which we imported into the 3Shape Implant Studio. We designed this guide for a Megagen Implant, and then printed the final product seen in the images below on our 3D printer.

If you’re interested in a digital workflow for crown and bridge or removable treatments, we are the lab to choose. We accept scans from most systems, and we have the ability to print and/or mill the final prosthesis.
