Kulzer Kara Print 4.0 - More Production From Our 3D Printer

Our Cara Print 4.0 has been running like crazy. We’ve been so blessed by our doctors embracing the new digital technology and 3D printing.

The images on the top are of an upper and lower digitally designed and printed dentures for a double arch hybrid case. The images on the bottom are of an upper and lower digitally scanned, designed and printed aesthetic try-ins. These aesthetic try-ins are a great option for dentist’s as they tell how well the final prosthesis will fit. These give us an opportunity to balance the occlusion of the patient’s bite without teeth movement as can be the case in a wax try-in. It also allows us to adjust flange length and take reline impressions for a better fitting final denture.

These were designed using 3Shape’s Design Studio and printed on our Kulzer Kara Print 4.0.
